Buy Viagra / VIAGRA Medicines AND ITS USES

Buy Viagra medicines . VIAGRA contains the active substance sildenafil, which belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). The effect of VIAGRA helps to relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing blood to flow during sexual arousal. VIAGRA will only help you get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.

VIAGRA is a treatment for adult men with erectile dysfunction, sometimes called impotence. This means that a man cannot get or keep a hard, erect penis suitable for sexual activity.

2. What you need to know before you take VIAGRA

Do not take VIAGRA

if you are allergic to sildenafil or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6);

If you are taking medicines called nitrates, the combination can cause a potentially dangerous decrease in blood pressure. Tell your doctor if you are taking any of these medicines which are often given to relieve angina pectoris (or “chest pain”). Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure;

If you use one of the substances known as nitric oxide donors such as amyl nitrite (“poppers”), the combination can also lead to a potentially dangerous decrease in blood pressure;

Warnings and Precautions

Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse before taking VIAGRA :

Your doctor should carefully check whether your heart can take the extra strain of having sex;

if you have a stomach ulcer or blood clotting problems (such as haemophilia);

If you experience sudden decrease in vision or loss of vision, stop taking VIAGRA and contact your doctor right away.

VIAGRA should not be used together with other types of oral or topical treatment for erectile dysfunction.

You shouldn’t take VIAGRA unless you have erectile dysfunction. You should not take VIAGRA if you are a woman.

Special considerations for patients with kidney or liver problems

VIAGRA tablets may interact with some medicines, especially those used to treat chest pain. In an emergency, you should tell your doctor, pharmacist or nurse that you are taking VIAGRA and when you took it. Do not take VIAGRA with other medicines unless your doctor tells you this is possible.

You must not take VIAGRA if you are taking medicines called nitrates, as combining these medicines can cause a potentially dangerous low in blood pressure. Always tell your doctor, pharmacist or nurse if you are taking any of these medicines. They are often given to relieve angina pectoris (or ‘chest pain’).

You must not use VIAGRA if you are taking any of the medicines known as nitric oxide donors such as amyl nitrite (“poppers”), as the combination can also cause a potentially dangerous drop in blood pressure.

If you are taking medicines known as protease inhibitors, for example to treat HIV, your doctor will probably tell you to start on the lowest dose (25 mg) of VIAGRA.

Some patients being treated with an alpha blocker for the treatment of high blood pressure or an enlarged prostate may experience dizziness or fainting, which may be caused by low blood pressure when sitting or standing up quickly. Some patients have experienced these symptoms while taking VIAGRA with alpha-blockers. This will most likely happen within 4 hours of taking VIAGRA. You should take a regular daily dose of alpha-blockers before starting VIAGRA to reduce the risk of these symptoms possibly occurring. Your doctor may start you on a lower dose (25 mg) of VIAGRA.
