Buy sunitib tablets / WHAT IS SUNITINIB
Buy sunitib tablets , Sunitinib is a tyrosine kinase receptor inhibitor and chemotherapy agent used to treat renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and imatinib-resistant gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST)
Sunitinib is a small molecule multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor. On January 26, 2006, the agent was formally approved by the US FDA for the indications for the treatment of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and imatinib-resistant gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). For these purposes, sunitinib is generally available as an orally administered formulation. Sunitinib inhibits cell signaling by targeting multiple RTKs. These include all platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGF-Rs) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGF-Rs). Sunitinib also inhibits KIT (CD117), the RTK that drives most GISTs. Furthermore, sunitinib inhibits other RTKs including RET, CSF-1R and flt3.

Treatment of adult patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) after disease progression with (or intolerance to) imatinib mesylate
Treatment of adult patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC)
Adjuvant treatment of adult patients at high risk for recurrent RCC after nephrectomy
Treatment of tumors progressive and well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine pathways (pNETs) in adult patients with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic disease
Buy Sunitib Tablets / Mechanism of Action
Sunitinib is a small molecule that inhibits several RTKs, some of which are involved in tumor growth, pathological angiogenesis and metastatic progression of cancer. Sunitinib has been evaluated for its inhibitory activity against a variety of kinases (>80 kinases) and has been identified as an inhibitor of platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFRa and PDGFRb), endothelial growth factor receptors vascular (VEGFR1, VEGFR2, and VEGFR3), cellular factor receptor (KIT), Fms-like tyrosine kinase-3 (FLT3), colony-stimulating factor type 1 receptor (CSF-1R), and lineage-derived neurotrophic factor receptor glial cell (RET). Sunitinib’s inhibition of activity of these RTKs has been demonstrated in biochemical and cellular assays and inhibition of function has been demonstrated in cell proliferation assays. The primary metabolite shows similar potency to sunitinib in biochemical and cellular assays
Buy Sunitib tablets. The recommended dose of Sutent (Sunitinib) for the treatment of GIST or kidney cancer is 50 mg taken orally once a day for 4 weeks, followed by 2 weeks without treatment. This 6 week cycle is then repeated.
For the treatment of neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas, the recommended dose is 37.5 mg taken orally once daily in the same cycle.
Daily doses should not exceed 50 mg or less than 25 mg. Sutent (Sunitinib) can be taken with or without food. Do not take Sutent (Sunitinib) with grapefruit juice, as it may interact with Sutent (Sunitinib) and increase the amount of Sutent (Sunitinib) in your blood.
Many things can influence the dose of medication a person needs, such as body weight, other medical conditions, and other medications. If your doctor has recommended a dose other than those listed here, do not change the way you take your medicine without consulting your doctor.
